内容=ストレッチ、体操、歩行、実践
「おどり」の状態にまで達するにはそれなりの時間と段階を経なくてはなりません。
日ごろなにげなく持ち運んでいる身体を見つめなおし、基礎的な訓練を経ることで、より自由な状態へと解きほぐします。
舞踏をこころざす方だけでなく、舞台における身体の立居振舞いをより精確に知りたい方、舞台でなくとも普段の身体性をより鋭敏に感じ取りたい方へ向けての公開クラスです。

It would take a considerable time and process to reach the level of dancing.
It aims to release the body more free through the basic trainings.
It is an open class not only for the people who intend butoh but the people who want to know how to behave on the stage, but the people who want to sense the body more subtly aside from the acting on the stage..
